Once a week, we have a class that is a little bit special because it has a THEMED PLAYLIST... so far we've had movie soundtracks, 90s club hits, Drum n Bass, Rave, Hoedown and 80s Aerobics! What will be next for 2026??

It was on Thursdays, but is now moving to Wednesdays at 7pm, in our new location of the Scout & Guide HQ on Ockford Ridge, Godalming (opposite St Mark's School)

It's mostly standing tracks, with one floor track, so please bring a mat and a bottle of water
