There was a GETLOW low impact workout and a KONGA dance cardio class - where Chloe and I teamed up together - and a ROAR family fitness workshop.... take a look at the video to see some highlights of the awesome tracks we did. Totally accessible for all and no pressure to 'perform', just fun and movement!
Once again, I joined forces with three other TJB instructors from Godalming - Chloe, Molly and Tina - to raise money for our community. In March 2023 we hosted a 75 minute KONGA 90s VS 00s THEMED MEGACLASS WITH A LIVE DJ, where all participants received a free smiley face badge!! We raised £440 for the Kane FM Youth Project - MindWaves - and they said "We are struggling to get funding at the moment, so we are really grateful to Eleni and everyone who put effort into raising this money, so we can continue to provide this service to the young people of Surrey ."
Just to show that The Jungle Body really is for every body, I have started providing SEATED CLASSES in the community, by tailoring the low impact GETLOW programme that The Jungle Body offer. I currently go to a group of residential homes in Farnham each week and once a month I visit Farncombe Day Centre and as you can see, the visitors love it! Such a lovely musical trip down memory lane.
Four TJB instructors from Godalming - Chloe, Molly, Tina and myself, got together in November 2022 to host a 75 minute KONGA 80s MEGACLASS to raise money for Oakleaf, a local mental health charity. Each participant received a free glo-stick and we had amazing prizes for a raffle at the end, overall raising over £800 for the charity! As you can see, we all dressed up and had so much fun - sweaty smiles all round and everyone was buzzing!! The charity were so thankful and said the money will "make a true difference to the lives of hundreds of local people managing mental ill-health right now."
