Welcome to TJB with Positive Tribes - fun and friendly fitness classes in Godalming and the surrounding areas, with the option of joining in with various social events. A great way to meet new people!

TJB = 'The Jungle Body' - a global fitness concept that was established in 2011, with instructors all over the world who are provided with new choreography and tracks each month so we can deliver awesome fresh classes all year round.

"Positive Tribes" is a vibrant and welcoming brand, delivering TJB classes suitable for a variety of ages and abilities plus prices are reasonable, so its accessible for as much of the community as possible.

The TJB ethos is MUSIC. MOVEMENT. MENTAL HEALTH. We turn the music up loud, use a dark room and disco lights, then we dance like no one is watching. There's 4 simple moves per track, and all moves can be adapted for your own ability.

On top of this, we also run an optional social club for those who come along to classes! We have been to a silent disco and nightclub bingo, plus we have regular informal drinks and cinema trips.
